Tom Reckley serves as President at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) where he is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s strategy, growth and personnel.

Prior to joining FTCM, Tom served as the Private Placement Principal for First Trust Portfolios, L.P., responsible for the firm’s private markets activities.  Prior to FTP, Tom acted as Principal and COO of Conlon Capital, a boutique real estate capital markets firm.  Preceding Conlon Capital, Mr. Reckley has served in various commercial and private banking roles at Citi, Northern Trust and LaSalle Bank.

Mr. Reckley received his BS in Finance from Miami University.
