Nick is an Associate on the First Trust Alternative Investment Research (FT-AIR) team, primarily focused on supporting the private equity and real estate functions of FT-AIR’s investment research efforts.

Prior to joining FTCM, Nick interned with PGIM Real Estate as a summer investment analyst on their agency debt originations team. Nick also interned at ReAlpha Tech Corp as a corporate finance and strategy intern. ReAlpha was recently listed on the NASDAQ ($AIRE).

Nick graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he double majored in Finance and Real Estate. Nick was also involved in the Commercial Real Estate Workshop at IU.
