Michael Grayson is a Portfolio Manager at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (“FTCM”). Michael focuses on FTCM’s event-driven and multi-alternative mandates as well as private market platform.

Michael started his career at Vivaldi Asset Management, LLC, an independently owned, boutique alternative investment firm based in Chicago. Vivaldi was predominantly a Multi-Family Office and Advisor to several public (1940 Act) alternative products. Michael was dedicated to the firm’s investment management as well as business and product development verticals.

Michael holds a B.A. from Colgate University where he studied Political Science and Economics.
