Marc has served as Chief Compliance Officer at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) since January, 2019. He is also Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary/Chief Compliance Officer at William Harris Investors, Inc. since 2009.

Prior to joining WHI, Marc was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Bally Total Fitness Corporation, and practiced law at Latham & Watkins LLP as an associate partner from 1982 until 2004.

Marc received his B.A. and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Michigan.
