Kyle joined First Trust Capital Management, L.P. (FTCM) in 2025 as a member of the Investment Operations team. He collaborates with various teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of investments, helping streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to joining FTCM, Kyle gained 3 years of experience at KPMG as an auditor specializing in non-life insurance, and 4 years of experience with Northern Trust in various Client Servicing and Investment Operations Roles.

Kyle holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
