Kelvina joined FTCM in 2025 as an HR Associate. She assists with recruitment, employee support and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations within the firm. Prior to joining FTCM, she worked at Chicago Trading Company as a Recruiting Coordinator. Kelvina graduated from Ohio State University with a Master’s in HR Management and a B.S. in Business Administration.
