Griffin joined the First Trust Alternative Investment Research (“FT AIR”) team at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) in 2024. As a research analyst, he is focused on supporting all aspects of the investment research efforts.

Prior to joining FTCM, Griffin was a research analyst at Marquette Associates covering real assets.

Griffin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Applied Math. He is also a CFA charterholder.
