Griffin joined the First Trust Alternative Investment Research (“FT AIR”) team at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) in 2024. As an associate, he is focused on supporting all aspects of the investment research efforts.

Prior to joining FTCM, Griffin was a research analyst at Marquette Associates covering real assets.

Griffin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Applied Math. He is also a CFA charterholder.
