Dylan joined the First Trust Alternative Investment Research (“FT AIR”) team at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) in 2025. As a research analyst, he is focused on supporting all aspects of the investment research efforts.

Prior to joining FTCM, Dylan worked as an associate on the asset-based lending team at CIBC.

Dylan graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
