Dylan joined the First Trust Alternative Investment Research (“FT AIR”) team at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) in 2025. As an associate, he is focused on supporting all aspects of the investment research efforts.

Prior to joining FTCM, Dylan worked as an associate on the asset-based lending team at CIBC.

Dylan graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
