Charlotte joined the First Trust Alternative Investment Research (“FT AIR”) team at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) in 2026. As an analyst, she is focused on supporting all aspects of the team’s investment research and strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Raymond James with the Healthcare group in New York. She has also held internships in Growth Equity and Portfolio Management. Charlotte graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Business Administration through the Ross School of Business.
