Ashley joined First Trust Capital Management, L.P. (FTCM) as an Associate in 2025. As an associatet, Ashley is responsible for operational due diligence reviews of managers and ongoing manager monitoring.

Prior to joining FTCM, Ashley was a senior auditor at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. At CLA, Ashley was a part of the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, working on audits and financial feasibility studies primarily for senior living and health care organizations.

Ashley received a B.A. in Accounting from Washington State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
