Lucas is an Analyst at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM), where he supports the valuation of alternative investment vehicles, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge funds.

Prior to joining FTCM, he served as a Senior Associate at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) and previously was as an Investment Analyst at the Indiana Public Retirement System.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oregon State University and a Master’s in Finance from Indiana University.
