Kristen joined First Trust Capital Management, L.P. (FTCM) in 2024 as a member of the Investment Operations team. She collaborates with various teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of investments, helping streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to joining FTCM, Kristen gained four years of experience at Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions, specializing in client and investor services.

Kristen holds both an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at Tyler.
