Joshua joined First Trust Capital Management, L.P. (FTCM) as an Operational Due Diligence Analyst in 2023. As an ODD analyst, Joshua is responsible for operational due diligence reviews of managers and ongoing manager monitoring.

Prior to joining FTCM, Joshua was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction Group, working primarily on registered real estate investment companies and construction companies.

Joshua received a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
