Gus is an Investment Performance Analyst at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM) and works closely across the portfolio management, research
and sales teams to support the firm’s product lineup.

Prior to joining FTCM, Gus worked as a Consultant at Deloitte providing an array of strategic and analytical services, specializing in the investment
management industry.

Gus graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Systems. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
