Courtney joined First Trust Capital Management, L.P. (FTCM) in June of 2021. She oversees the daily operations of both the private and public funds.

Before joining FTCM, Courtney worked in investor relations and investment operations at a hedge fund in Chicago.

Courtney graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with a degree in Finance & Real Estate.
