Muheez is a Legal and Compliance Associate at First Trust Capital Management L.P. (FTCM). Muheez works directly with the General Counsel on legal matters and collaborates with the compliance team and Chief Compliance Officer to ensure the firm operations comply with all relevant rules and regulations.

Prior to joining FTCM, Muheez served as a legal consultant to a sovereign wealth fund and practiced law at a leading international law firm.

Muheez holds a Juris Doctor and MBA from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
